Master League Training

Is there a way to get the players in Master League mode to already reach their full potential without training?

The training is tedious and incredibly boring. Any help appreciated =)

That will only change their state of condition. It will not effect their development.

I also think its boring. Usually I just skip the training. Hope this is changed in pes 5
