well am i the only one who thinks that there should be something like a transfer budget for each season..like before each season..your chairman letting u know that u only have this much to spent on transfers etc...i think it should be a good thing..

Of course it should be. Also the point system in BAL mode should change to money salary and the BAL AI should be COMPLETELY reviewed by KONAMI.
