Master League Young Players & Development Curves

This might be a silly question, but will a player with a rising curve improve if he doesn't get to play?

The thing is my strikers currently are: Torres, Aguero, Higuain(also use him as an AMF), Dos Santos(also alright AMF), Vela and Schwarz. At the moment the last three are far from being as good as Torres and Aguero, but have very good potential. What's the best way to develope these last three while still having a real good offence?

Regularly sub them in during the last 15 minutes or so of games, and make sure to train them ("Team Training" replaces "Regulate Condition" during negotiation periods) and play them in matches during the off-season. Also, I usually play a "B" team made up of players in development against weaker opponents and/or for matches that don't matter.

Been trying to do the same thing. Wish they would add an actual B-team in the game, so younger players could get some experience. Doubt it will happen tough.

Schwarz becomes the best CF in the game after 4 to 5 seasons (assuming you picked him up at 17). Just pair him with one of your more developed strikers (someone quick, as he doesn't have much pace), and you should be able to turn him into something quite useful within a season.

An optional (something like, not required to play every game, but development is better if you do) reserve league would be incredibly awesome. Here's hoping.

Am in my third season, picked him up at negotiations before it started so he's currently 19. Deadly shot, strong and good header, but slow and because I play with accumulated fatigue he rarely last more than 135min. Trying to give him time as often as I can and usually pair him with Aguero (Usually like to pair a small and fast striker with a bigger and stronger one).

I've always found kaiser a bit slow and weak to use as a SMF? Guess you can improve him by training tough. I'm gonna look into Shaw since most of my SMFs are getting old or prefer them as CMFs. :)
