If you find a player with a good growth system then yes i suppose you can!

yea you can train young players in superstars

park chu young is a good choice for a good young forward

I once took a random youngster called bradley from the new comers and he went on to become the best centerback in the game and also once took some random swedish striker and he turned into a god of a center forward

As long as you play them regularly as well as training them during the off-season, then yes.
