Match Abandoned!

Whilst playing my Master League last night with Arsenal the stangest thing happened which has never happened before when playing against the CPU.

I was playing against Zenit when inside the 1st 10 mins of the game they had 3 players sent of and then after a further 10 mins the game was all over as they had a further 2 players sent off (might have been 3 cant remember).

1st i thought it was funny but then when the match got abandoned and my lead which was 7-0 was wiped out and made into 3-0 .

Has this happened to any of you before?

Any game gets abandoned when 5 players are sent off....

I've encountered it against mates but never against the CPU. :| The CPU rarely gets 1 red card, let alone 5.

what level are u playing on if you manage to score 7 goals in the first 20 minutes!

Sonuds like a crazy game! I've had one or two sent off but never 5! i think in pes09 the comp does foul more which i suppose is more realistic!

I was playing on professional level, it not hard scoring 7 goals though when the opposision have no midfield of stirkers lol.

before this game the most the cpu had sent of was 3 but this was just on another level, i was actually hoping that the last player didnt get send off as i could have scored a bucketfull of goals. But he had it coming considering he was the last man. But the rest of the red cards were just silly things ie nothing challenges.

ive only had 2 players sent off in against the cpu and guess what i lost the game and they even scored with 9men

I have seen 2 CPU red cards at the highest level, but never 3

I've seen 4 CPU red cards.

On the highest level and I've seen 3 red cards (to the opposition), no more. They were all in the 1st half!

I've seen two on previous PES but only ever one on 2009 so far.

yea but i would step it up normally but ive only started playin again, also if u remember the cpu already had about 3-4 players sent off so its not hard scoring goals when they only got 4 defenders there.

fair shout. i spose with the gaping holes in the middle your gonna cut through em pretty sharpish...

had 3 sent off against me last night... made me think of this thread. is it me or does it end in a huge chop everytime you burst in to the area and are being trailed by a defender? it's as if the computer can't fathom not to tackle from behind in the box as last man... same with CPU players on your team in BAL mode.

Here's a question. Does this 5 people get sent off rule work in real football too? Like in the premier league, and if so. What would happen if say, a team needed 5 goals in the last game of the season to win the league on goal difference, and by some shock way, they score 4, 4 players get sent off, they score that beautiful fifth, but then another of the opposition get sent off. Would the match be drawn up as a 3-0 win? Hence them not winning the league or what?

it certainly does... i dont know the last time it happened but hearts had 4 players sent off against rangers at ibrox in the mid to late 90's...
