From what I have read, someone who has both an X-Port and a Max Drive would have to convert the file from .xps to Max Drive format and make it available to others.
WEll this guy is working on the new version of PS2 Builder, which will include .xps to max type. I use the current version for my X-Link to convert from .xps to .ps2m !
