just brought max drive today should be here in 2days n i wondered what the best option file is for the proper kits could anyone give me a link plz and the real names

yeh i had a maxdrive and it caused me a shitload of trouble, firstly it got disc read errors about 300 times and the time it did work it completely wiped my memory card, it didnt leave any space on me card though so i had to buy a new one, waste of money i'd say.

Well you obviously are not suited to using basic equipment then. Very few people have big problems with max drive and usually it's because they don't know how to use it and don't bother reading instructions or guides. Nub.
With read errors it's your PS2s problem, most likely cos you never bothered to clean it.

Nothing wrong with max-drives. I've corrupted my memory card with it twice but both times I think I was asking too much anyway.
Well worth the buy, and saves a lot of time.
