Yes he is...and the only thing that is about correct about both this appearance stats is the name. All you guys did is tweak the default appearance a bit and change the hairstyle.

All you need to do for Maxi Lopez is give him straight blonde hair and stick a black bandana on his forehead. Theres no need to build a face because he looks alot like Massimo Ambrosini, the AC Milan midfielder. Well in my opinion anyway.

You can use that face or use Rafael van der Vaart's, sounds stupid but it looks good.
