Meaning of Arrows on Master League

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forums and this is my first time playing in the Master League on WE. Could someone explain to me the meaining of the arrows and the green bar. Also, how do you train players, the only two options I've seen is Regulate Training and Free Training. I have no idea what is happening when I click on Regulate Training and Free Training is just a scrimmage. Thanks a lot!

arrows r conditions of the players which will affect the player's performance... regulate training is to regulate the conditions of the players... which r the arrows... and free training r just to let u practise... u can only train the players in off season...
