Memory Card Trouble

I recently downloaded an option file which fucked up my memory card, does anyone know of a way to fix memory cards or to re-format them.

Any help appreciated.

You can format a memory card using either an X-Port or a Max Drive (press the Square button).

Make sure you use the 'Uncrush to Memory Card' option when transferring files. And it is usually best to backup all of your original files before transferring a new file onto your card (using the Copy option).
