NOTE: I'm in no way trying to take credit for the magnificent work done by WATSON AND N3CR0 on their option files and patches respectively and people that contributed to them. All i'm trying to do is take the best of two worlds and adding some of my work to create a file that will interest other people.
NOTE: I received permission from WATSON to use his V2 OF when it comes out, and also from N3CR0 to use the Mexican League, Boca Juniors and River Plate from his PESimulation V.2.5 Patch.
First of all I will list the credits as it should be, because without WATSON and his group of mates that helped and also to N3CR0, this Option file will not be possible.

(Morocco, South Africa, Venezuela and China will be replaced by the World Cup teams)

Mistakes corrected from v1
Information that would be taken from N3CR0'S PESimulation V.2.5 Patch will include:
18 Mexican League teams with: players's stats and appearances, player call names, starting line-ups, captains, FK takers etc.
Boca Juniors & River Plate with: players's stats and appearances, player call names, starting line-ups, captains, FK takers etc.
Information that I would contribute to this file will be:
Mexican League teams kits with correct number styles and possitions
Boca Juniors and River Plate kits with correct number styles and possitions
Emblems for these teams
Sponsors for these teams, including the ones on the back of the kits
Everything is as perfect as possible on the kits
The Mexican League teams together with Boca Juiniors and River Plate will replace the French League (except: Monaco, PSG, and Lyon)
Monaco, PSG, and Lyon will be moved to replace the last 3 teams: Rapid Wien, CSKA Moscow, and Hearts respectively.
CSKA Moscow will be moved to replace Lokomotiv Moskva
I'll will open a thread at the Downloads section or maybe a moderator will move it once I have the OF ready, which will be about two days after WATSON releases his v2 OF
One question, will it be better to have the player names as C. Blanco or Cuauhtemoc Blanco for all the names in the Mexican League?
