F*****g Perfect stuff. JUST brilliant. What the hell was the ending sequence published in? 3DSMAX? It was put together so well.

You've made quite some content for me to compete with now, the motion animation (posistion, scale attributes) on crespo's first goal is so creative as is the rest of it, its beyond broadcast presentation, you watch too many movies :D

Lovin it mate!

Thanks ;)

All done in After Effects (except for the book thing), last scene too (I've used masks and bunch of effects for that one).
I like to play with position, scale and other properties because if done right, it gives dramatic camera effect. In this video I did it only in a few replays (I wanted to leave the tv broadcast alike feel, so I didn't wanted to overdoit with odd camera angles).

Hardly wait to see what you will do in your next compi ;)

Just a thought, if you enjoy making these gc4ce then you could do classic matches and post them, maybe even take a couple of requests. Would be an intresting thing to do. I mean if I could do the things you do then I would definitly consider it, but it all depends if you want to and if you have enough time. I would love to see you do some as I love your work, and looking at this thread it seems like a lot of people do so they might like the idea also! You could even have your own special section in the Goal Gallery board called "gc4e's classic matches"

Nice idea, but there are several problems that stops me from doing that.
First is the time (I only have free time now-and-then).
Second is that I don't have the needed resources (materials, commentaries, actual games on tape so I can see who scored and how...). Even If this can be found somewhere on the net, it will be hard for me to get this because I have 56k modem connection - too slow.

Anyway thanks, and I hope someone will try to do something similar or better :)

The beautiful game
Wow that was brilliant gerrards goal looked realistic and so did crespo's and that pass by kaka was sublime. Also how did you manange to recreate alsonso's penalty you miss on purpose. Liked the way you did the effects on schevenkos penalty brilliant. Good work.

Thanks!

I used keyboard as P1 and gamepad from my friend for P2.
Rest was easy - just leave P2 (keeper) still, and with P1 shoot in the middle. With a little luck you'll get a rebound and then just score ;)

I just watched all three of your previous comps and this one. You are a GOD among men. I just recently bought WE8 (I live in America), and I'm trying to get just half as good as you. Where you doing those on a low difficulty just for show? Or are you making 5 and 6 star look absolutely silly?

Thanks guys!

murc, almost all goals scored on 6* difficulty in my previous compi's, but in this one (Istanbul) mostly on 3* and lower because of obvious reasons. I really do score all those goals on 6*, btw I even won May 2005 GOTM on Pesinsight and Pesfan Feb 2005 GOTM (All required 5 or 6* goals).

You can score like that, but first you must play your game on 6* and lose to improve your game. You will start winning on 6* in no time if you play smart (don't play this game like FIFA) ;)

One more thing - what compi's did you see exactly (Reloaded and GOTM or my old 3 Pes3 compilations)?

Originally, just the 3 pes3 comps. But I just went back and watched the reloaded and your gotm comps. All very nice indeed. I can do most all of the moves you do, just have yet to string them together for anything spectacular. How do you do that cheeky little move where your on the ball and dragging it backwards?

Do the sidestep with "R2+dir right or left" (right or left from players perspective, not yours). While your player is sidestepping, hold "dir back" ("dir back" is direction button on d-pad opposite of player facing).
Hope this helps ;)
