Is it possible to use the kits from 1 option file & the edit data (tranfers, squad numbers, etc) from another & merge them?

How about for the PC? For example, I download an option file but want a team that only exists in another option file, and want to transfer players, kits, badges, and perhaps a chant or stadium. I had an editor for PES6 that let me do it easily. Is it the same for PES 09?
