I started ML as barcalona..won d2 league and cup

i managed to get beckhamand metzelder on a free transfer but i bid for players like ronaldo, nani and babel, but negotiations broke down?

How do i sign players ffs?

Babel: 13550

i bid 60000 and didnt get him?

Why?

Haven't tried the Master League for 2008 yet but for PES 6 I found this:
For example you are trying to sign Rafinha from Shalke and he is worth 6000, I bid over what he is worth so the bid comes to 10000, then you must always offer him a nice contract...give him 3 or 400 over his current deal and a nice length, 4 or 5 years. Maybe even offer a player in exchange!

i dont understand that i got babel in the first transfer window, i know in the bid screen there is a number (second column i think) which represents your chances of successful bid, the higher the number the more chance

I think you need to get your team popularity to A.And then you should get players easier

I think "S" means "Super" Team status, which should mean everyone would want to come to you, but I think you need to win the D1 League to get really good players, then the Champions League to get the best players. I'm just guesstimating, so I guess I'll see when I win the D1 this coming week.

Anyway, you can cheat a bit, if you make an offer, save the game, then keep reloading until they accept the bid. It works, and you don't need to change the offer.
