Does it affect injuries as well? I dont really get any, and I have it on normal setting? I quite like getting an injury and being forced to adapt my formation

Yes, ML difficulty does effect stamina and injurys as well as transfers. I have it on the hardest level (very hard) and i enjoy it very much.
