Is it random which of the 4 top division leagues your ML team gets promoted into after the 1st year? I am setting up a new ML and want to eventually play in a sick league w. all A and S level teams but the last time I tried this I ended up in one of the boring other leagues. Thoughts?

You can modiy this when you're selecting the teams. You can select your teams manually.

You can choose when your selecting the teams at the start, select all your teams for the top leagues and then move over the league you want to be promoted into and move down into division 2 and select your team and all the others for division 2 and you will be promoted into that league
