the best tactic for poor teams full of sh1t players is to use a 4-3-3 formation and use the tactic of pass pass pass....just keep passing around your players in midfield and defence giving all the players a touch (the ones who wont let ya down with poor control) then when u feel comfortable move up the filed and the passes will fill more crisp to work shooting positions, and when you do get forward use the age old online move 'draw the keeper out then find a man up or down the pitch left with an open goal'
