Hi,

I new here and I'm playing PES3 on ** for over 2 weeks now. i love the game and i want to get the best for my team.

All ya guys are talking here about training your youth and 1st team with special training! I don't understand where I could find the feature in ML. The only thinfg I can do is chosing for Training Team under the option Team Management!

Could someone explain to me where I could find training for players (exp. for young players)

thx in advance!

Don't think that the team training improves your players-only lets you improve!

The only players that you can develop are the 'growth players' found in - apply for negotiations-search by team-press R1 until you find the growth players team (a green flag with a pair of wings). Offer one of them a contract and try and play them as much as possible in a season, every week you can allocate points to them (the amount depending on appearances, goals, assists etc)

One more thing, try playing on at least 3* if not 5* as its a tad more rewarding IMO

Thx number6,

I have 3 further question to make:

1) You players improve faster when you are playing on 5* then on 3*?

2) Do you get more points when you are playing on 5* and you win a game then when you are playing on a 3* and win a game?

3) I just found the thread with the arrow explanation and I have one question about it: When you player has a red arrow (pointing up) you see that his offense attribute reases by 12 but is this everlasting or is it just when he has the red arrow pointing up he reases 12 points. So I mean (an example):

Milan baros has 75 points for offense, when he has a red arrow is he temporary on 87 points or are those +12 points everlasting?

thx in advance (again)

The form arrows will only apply at the time, not ever-lasting.

You can use Training to work on particular moves, passing, dribbling etc...it's the best place to work out moves and add them to your game. Check out how you need to work with the buttons and sticks to get players to do what you want and will need, on cue, in real games.

There are options for Free Training, 1-2's, corners and free-kicks.

If you go into Formation Settings you can select which players will appear, and press START to add 'opponents' from the rest of your squad.

Also, check the Training options available from the Main menu, especially the Tutorial for basic moves and the Beginners Lesson on how to apply them.

I only checked out the Beginners Lesson recently and found it helpful for 1-2's and shooting.

In General Settings there is an option to set the Data analysis timing. That suggests to me that the training players are graded in someway.

I have looked in vain for any mention of the timing in the Guide (shocker or what!) so is there anybody out there that knows what is is for?
