In the ML notes is says that "promising players" can be trained to their full potential? Come again? HOW!?

And besides that, when is the time limit reached?

And if i don't train between games with my players am i playing ML wrong and losing out?

PS, some of these players take the mick with their down blue bar status. I need to weed them off their moaning. Even scoring goals dont perk them up.

the time limit varies.Points can also be gained through appointing a youth as a kick taker and caiptain
