i dont know how to use sharpen can you learn me

i dont really know i just dab sharpen around a little bit so that it pixelates the blur..try and use less blur ,and use colour dodge and sponge tools aswell just experiment...i personally dont know that much about it, and i sit down occasionally and experiment with the bitmaps and the tools
