The guys at WENB have repeatedly quashed these rumours. Its the 23rd end of.

The release dates are a bit vague as of yet i have seen everything from the 15th of this month to the 3rd of next, well the sooner the better u say!

While I dont believe that there will be a early release date something weird happened.

I ordered PES from a German or England based website. I am not too sure. Forgot. It was my friend who actually ordered it.

It takes normaly 5-10 days for stuff from EUROPE to arrive in the states.

Here is the weird part: They said itll be here ( in the states ) on the 23rd of october....

I do think its a mistake. I think thats when they might ship the game and itll probably be here around the 30th of october.

I sent emails to certain online vendors asking if the released dates are being moved forward, but no replies yet or they don't deny it is earlier than 23rd. Hoping so. But Japan it is still set for November 5th.

I emailed gameseek asking them to confirm they have the correct date but they haven't replied. The reality is probably that they don't want to change their release date because it attracts more pre-orders but the truth is it'll be the 23rd.

Just got this from gameseek -

"Unfortunately they've put the release date back a week, so it will be the 23rd. We'll update the website.Thanks for letting us know, I wouldn't want you to order from us expecting a sooner delivery date than everyone else promised. If there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know."

So it's definitely the 23rd then...

I don't see why it would change anyway.

It's all rumors that it is 16th because if it was the 16th October, don't you think Konami would have said it is by now?
