I am not entirely sure if anyone else has mentioned this already, so please excuse me if somebody already has; what I AM sure about is that there are more than (how much??) 20 stadiums in the world.
Where have Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium, Anfield, etc. gone?????
KONAMI, please bring back more stadiums to the game.

I agree, I would like to see a lot more stadiums (40-50 would be a good number). Some stadiums that HAVE to be included are Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, more Asian; African and South American stadiums.

Other stadiums I would like to see, which probably won't get in include: The Millennium Stadium, The Emirates Stadium, one of the North American Stadiums (surly they could add one of the MLS teams like Chivas USA or LA Galaxy and use their stadium).

Well I am with you on more stadiums. Old Pes had around 40 stadiums so something similar would be good. Perhaps bringing back the old stadiums they used but making them into the new style. I am with getting an MLS stadium or two perhaps Giants Stadium in NY or the Home Depot in LA, places like Boca Juniors home stadium La Bombonera would be good as well as maybe other south American stadiums. I must admit I loved the old Japanese and Korean stadiums... maybe some good eastern european stadiums such as the Luzhniki stadium in Russia and other from Ukraine and Poland especially since there building new ones there and perhaps somewhere like the new Lansdown Road in Dublin.

St Mirren park (Theatre of Dreams) would be nice. But seriously I would like to see some smaller stadiums, maybee about 8-10 thousand capacity, that sort of thing. It would also be cool to be able to edit the addboards.

we need a wide range of stadiums, we need those smaller stadiums for teams such as fulham

and those spectacular stadiums for finals

also, can we please have a camera outside the stadium before kick off, showing off fans gathering at the stadium

I am with you on the adboards too. Animations could be included to show adboards being changed from e.g. Nike to AIG in Old Trafford, not just Sentanta Sports or KONAMI like in PES09.

I reckon the problem is that they built up a nice big database of stadia in the old gen games and then decided to remodel the stadia for next gen, but couldn't be arsed to do loads.

Yes we do need more than the current 20+ stadiums on Xbox360. For example I know on some PC versions of PES patched files they have approx. 100 stadiums.

Yeah, I would like it if they introduce lots of small stadiums so when you start ML you would have to start with the smaller stadiums (depending on clubs you choose) and work your way up to make bigger stadiums.

They should also introduce crowd level noises in stadiums, where it would make sense that if you are playing in a smaller stadium, the crowd level noise is significantly smaller than let's say...the Santiago Bernabaeu or Old Trafford. (The game situation should also be a factor)

stadiums are a superficial non-gameplay element of this series and the fact that its considered a priority in this forum says a lot about the average intelligence of the pro evo fans.

maybe thats why the new pro evo games have gone crap. meeting the demands of the dribbling masses?

the gameplay needs fixing, BADLY. fuck the rest.

Look mate, I can see you have an axe to grind with all the posts that you have been making. You seem pritty mad about things :realmad: and just insulting other forum users is not gonna win you any friends. As for stadiums where you play is an important part of the game. You ask any professional player and he will tell you that stadia and crowds make a big difference to matches and how they pan out. Now, fair enough you want to change gameplay but this about stadiums here and for my money I would like to see more stadiums and more variety of type of stadiums. Definately 40 or more would be ideal in my book. If your this mad at Pro Evo don't come in here mouthing off go shout at your bedroom wall or something!

lad, i'm not some bored angsty teenager. i'm angry at pro evo because its the greatest series ever made, and with the last two versions it seems like the developers a) don't care what they're doing or more frighteningly b) don't know what they're doing. i'm not here to make friends, i'm here to give konami the kick up the arse they need, this series is saveable, but i feel like nobody else really realises what is wrong with it if they're asking to see new stadiums or better player likenesses etc

there's a million things wrong with the last version of pro evo more significant than the stadiums. yes any player in REAL LIFE in a REAL STADIUM with REAL ATMOSPHERE will tell you its important. but apart from the intro sequence, which once you've seen once there's nothing else to see, you are not going to be viewing the stadium at all other than the pattern of the grass.

if this is your primary concern for the new pro evo series then maybe konami actually know what they're doing, they've realised the majority demographic is appeased by superficial upgrades and insignificant animations, with the gameplay now a secondary concern. they are just giving the people what they want.

there's time to worry about improving stadiums once the game itself is saved.

Look there are 2 other guidelines that were also posted but I think you need to keep a look at this and change how your posting! To be honest your reply was kind of insulting so just be careful. If you insult Konami there not going to listen to you? Why should they? I wouldn't if I was you. That is why they request your respectful. If you do then your more likely to get your voice heard.

i did read and understand this, but shakes fist after the last two games and like £80 worth of money in the bin i don't want to be talking about untucked shirts and new camera angles, that's insulting to me the consumer!

but point taken
