I think you can change the title of the thread yourself, by editing your first post.

how you put the faces in the game

you need graphic studio or afs explorer and you'll have to replace players but don't worry there are many who have two faces for exemple owen has the file facew060.bin and w060.bin so you can replace w060.bin . plus there are many japanese player whom arn't in pes4 (olympic players) so you can replace them .
I think there is some explanation somewhere for more questions pm me
