my best technique for scoring is to walk up to a girl in a bar, (as confident as possible) and just offer to buy them a drink!!!!!!

**"Whisper: he means on the game"**

ohhhhhh, my bad, sorry.

i like to play up the wing and hit in a low, hard (still talking about the game??) cross, triple tap circle to put the lowest possible cross in. it usually goes in off something! even on two player, they come in so fast that its hard to defend whoever you are!!

if they dont, they roll to the other side of the box for another cross! or bobble to the edge of the area!

if not, still going the wing way, i try to cut in on the edge of the box and hit square (less than a 2 5th's of the first half of the power bar, i'm talking really low) into the far side of the goal!

works a treat. add a bit of variety though, cos if your a "one move bandit" your mates will be on to you in double time and cancel it out!

MatPhillips, stop trying to be me :p

only joking son.

best scoring technique is shooting low into the far corner from about 18-20 yards at a slight angle from the goal

I like building up the play slowly. So I pass the ball around (this allows players to get into good positions), and when I’m in those positions and I have a clear sight of goal, I shoot.

since when do players on PES "get into good positions"?

run down the line hopefully with someone fast to get ahead of whoevers chasing or try and do it colo so no pressure,

when u get to the biline run in along it and as you get to about the 6 yard box cut a pass back into the area leaving the keeper straded or making them dive ridiculously

tap the ball in :)

or tap the square button and watch the ball fly over the bar

or tap it and press forward from one yard out and watch it go wide :D

itll go in most times though ;)

I normally put a through ball into the box and press Down - Up on the analouge to chip the rushing keeper.

I find speeding down the wing then quickly turning 180 degrees and pass it straight across the goal is a really easy way. There is nearly always someone in the box who can tap it in. Easy

Another way is to run towards the 18 yard line and keep side on to the goal and keep doing 180 turns until you have a clear shot on goal and on the correct foot for the payer. Just tap square and it is in. It is dead easy to do. PES1 is the only one you cannot do it on. I try not to do it very often nowadays, it gets very very boring!

I like to wolf it down!!....oh, we're not talking about how we all eat creme eggs are we?? uhhhh, don't have any particular way really, just create chances and openings whatever way possible, I suppose I use the wings alot and knock in good crosses for someone to head/knock down and half volley.

i love to build the play up slow and steady but theres one trick which i use if i'm down a few goals late on in a game.

run down either side as if to make a cross but when you reach the edge of the box cut back (so your momenteraly running in the opposite direction.) then press X to pass the ball in towards the area to the man running in on the edge of the box.

you can either try and hit a cracker, or make it even more spectacular by pressing R1 and letting the ball run through your legs. unlike the previous PES games, there is usually actually someone making a run behind the first player (who let the ball through his legs) and he's in the perfect position to strike it.

makes for some great goals, especially against a mate.

i forgot to mention 1-2's, i use them all the time to get through on goal then finish how i see appropriate. i think its essential to know how to 1-2 on PES 3 with the new improved defending and all!
