Right, I have made a few title screens, bootpacks and palettes for you all to use in your patched versions of PES4.

Firstly, I have re-done a palette and I think it is the best I have seen.

Ahh yess! With your permission im going to add this to the spike_ee file that i have posted in the tools section...not my choice of color but we sometimes must make sacrifices to achieve realism.

The boots look great,i so wish i was able to have my PES4 Patched! heres to being able to edit boot in PES5

Here is my bootpack that I am currently using:
