when i try to open it, it says it cant find the dlls. what does that mean?

Do i have to have my Champion Ship Manager 03/04 Installed ?

OK, ive instlled it anyway....so what do i do now, i open the Editor, it says in the very bottom corner 'No CM4 Data Found', then i click on File > Open, then i click on the Arsenal 666 File i downloaded, (that you posted) and it says 'Unable To Read File',,,,,what do i do ???

i dont know whats wrong then, maybe try downloading the option file again

actually there's nothing wrong... here's my steps

1) open the EditPES3OptionFile
2) click on "open" and select PES3 Arsenal 666
3) enjoy editing

I managed to get the one with all the stats working (its great) but theres another one you use which has appearances to how do you get that one?
