My biggest complaint with this game...

...is that there seems to be about 20 great players in the game and everyone else plays like they couldn't beat the guy from My Left Foot in a 1v1.


Take Arsenal for example. They have had an amazing season in real life, even moreso amazing when you consider that according to this game the only two players on that team who can dribble a ball without tripping over it are Henry and Viera. Everyone else on that team is horrible. I've watched them play in real life and I can't believe how underrated Pires, Edu and Lundberg are in this game.

I'm playing on 4* and I feel like I have to bench all three of those guys cause they aren't good enough for 4*.

It sucks cause when I play a master league season I want to end up with a good team, but time and time again I end up picking up the same exact players cause when it comes down to it there is only about 20 guys to choose from if you want a good team.

I think I'm going to go and edit all the players and add about 10 points to the attributes of about 200 players in the game.


Has anyone run into this problem in the game? Also, has any one bothered to edit the players and make them more accurate...if so I would love to see a list of the edits so I can copy them.

You can try to use a stat converter so that you import the player stats from CM4 into your PES3 or WE7 players. I think there are links to this in the Player Creation Centre.

Thanks Zygalski! A couple of questions....what is a stat converter? And can I use it without having my PS2 hooked up to the internet? If not, is there just a list of better player stats that I could copy and manually (i know that will take a long time, oh well) place into the game?

maybe you could try using the 4 digit code option in the edit mode to add 10 points to a whole team at once?
