Goto somewhere like www.megaupload.com or www.rapidshare.de, you can host large files there for free (without having to subscribe or anything). Then once it's finished uploading, it gives you a link (url) that you can copy and paste onto here. Then people can just click on the link, download the video, and watch it.

There's a size restriction on it though... think yours might be a bit too big. lol. just kiddin, but yeh 236Kb seems a bit small. Is it about 3 seconds long or is it 10X12 resolution?
