Kahn or Barthez might be better, but he’s my fave one. In my ML Team. He’s taller than Barthez, helping Juve to the 2003 CL Final.

2 – Thuram (France & Juventus)
First choice for club & country. Ability to play either at right- or centre-back. Good long pass accuracy, crossing, and tackling.

3 – R. Carlos (Brazil & Real Madrid)
The simple choice. Far the best attacking LB in the world, and the only long-range FK shooter. Decent defending. Long throw too.

Pure quality. He is taller than Cannavaro, quicker than Campbell, and more experienced than Gallas. Sheer gd tackling and heading.

Free Kick specialist. Pinpoint crosses, accurate corners, and greater shooting, even with outside of the foot. Has defensive qualities too.

The only left-winger I look to. Tremendous pace, good corners, excellent dribbling. Duff, Zenden, Kewell are too far apart.

Two-footed playmaker. Passing, dribbling, and fantastic tricks, FK taker as well. Has everything. World-class player is a must have.

Right-Striker
8 – Henry (France & Arsenal)
Tremendous pace. Pinpoint crossing, great dribbling, and lethal finishing. Great assister as well. Ability to play on either wing.

Left-Striker
10 – Raul (Spain & Real Madrid)
Best Euopean striker at the moment. Can assist, shoot well, has all qualities of a striker. Deadly finisher as well. An automatic choice.

Centre-Forward
9 – Ronaldo (Brazil & Real Madrid)
Many choices here, but Ron is my fave one. Brazil World Cup and Golden Boot winner, has deadly shooting, and wonderful volleyer.
Scores goals of any kind.

I'd rather have Valeron than Ballack.

A 4-3-3, Zidane's lack of pace could leave lots of space in the middle of the pitch for the oppoistion to exploit.

Beckham does have lots of stamina, but he's not too fast either, so if Thuram gets caught up field, there could be a big hole in the right side of your MF and DF.

I guess if the opposition score 3, you expect to score 4? :)

Valeron, Spanish player at Deportivo. (DMF, CMF and OMF). Good tackler with great passing.

Would Keane challenge Davids for a place at DMF, if you weren't playing 4-3-3 with Zidane as an OMF?

Davids or Keane might provide a DMF in a 4-3-3, but you'd lose Zidane.
