My first kit - is it correct?

Just attempted my first ever kit, but was wondering if it was done right?

The shirt basically has yellow top, blue shorts and blue socks with a yellow trim, does this look like it's been done ok?

Cheers

Yeah, I took a template from Ajay's site, but wasn't sure if I had the right bits in the places.

What does the small square above that little hole do, between the shirt and sock?

I think you might find the badges are going to be oversized!

The line on the socks doesn't normally need bending either. I can see why you've done it but I don't think it will make any difference.

All in all a very good first attempt.

EDIT: Also I just noticed that where your shirt ends and the shorts start are wrong, you will find that the top of your shorts in game will have a yellow line across the top. Unless you mean't it to be like that.

:(

I just had a bad thought people.

If the screenshots are right and there will be untucked shirts in PES5 / WE9 then they will have to change the kit template to allow for longer shirts so none of the kits we already have will work :(

I thought about that as well :(

But, they could just stretch the bottom 10 pixels or so of the shirt and use that instead of changing the template.

Tough blow, but at least it'll give you lot something to do.

I tried in vain to make a kit like that, I would post it up but currently the TV is getting priority, remind me at a later date.

That would be better I suppose.

What would you know about making kits anyway!? :)

Here is my pathetic attempt that I did about a week ago, some points to take in:

YES It's crap
YES It's Palace
NO I dont have the PC version
NO I dont know anything about kit editing
NO i didnt know what I was doing when I made it
YES it took 10 minutes
NO I dont know how it will look in game
NO I dont know what all these different parts are for.

Now that's over, here's the kit.

Much better, although I still think the badge on the shorts will be far to big. Your colours all match. You have edited over the supposed transparent bits on the collar though, this may look a little odd in game as they are not part of the kit template.

It's all about trial and error.
