My "Legends" Team...Help!

Right guys,

Yesterday, I completed making a team of classic players/legends...

None of their stats have edited...

But I can't find a formation, in which they all play as a team and work together...

Here's the squad:

Not the best I know, but I just can't seem to get a good working formation. Any helpers?

PS: I don't want people suggesting player's to put in thesquad, just a formation please.

if i had that team, i'd play a 3-5-2 formation, keep the same defence and goalie but play rijkaard as a defensive midfielder, cryuff right mid, maradona left mid, zico and pele attacking midfield, gullit as a second striker and van basten as an out an out striker

Have a look at the Sao Paulo set up the foward runs with this line up, enjoy you could even put Pele up top and drop Van Baston and have Best on the wing cutting in!! the possibilties are endless really.

its one of the formations i use regular get lots of space down the wings but you gotta be able to defend or you will get punished cause its very attacking

Kalum you'r formation is the best possible. Infact, you and i have the exact same team and formation! I would tweak the positions a bit though to maximize the output from the most incredible players.

Start with a 3-4-3 diamond-shaped middlefield formation as you did.

Before:

Change middle center back to sweeper and position him between your defence line and Goal keeper.

Form second defence line between defensive field and middle field consisting of 3 players. Move side center backs to the maximum front and move DMF to maximum back.

Change left and right middlefielders to Offensive middle fielders.

Move the original OMF one step in front and change him into Second Top

Comments:

There aren't any neutral mid-field players such as side or center middlefielders in this formation because your (and my) team dosen't have this modern type of players. Unless It's all attack or all defence, It will take the class out of classic! (with the exception of the Dutch)

Change Maradona from LWF to ST (not enough wings and too many STs). Having him running for a cross when he can dribble and score would be a shame.

Beckenbaur combines good defence with height and handles this formation's sweeper position perfectly.

If Raijkaard isn't playing, you never read this.

I also recomend Ronald Keoman for Defence, Garinshia for wing, Destafano, and a big memory card for saving the spectacular goals this team will score.

Play three in defence, Five in midfield and two up front. Have beckenbauer as a defenceive midfielder he is brilliant there.
