Mysterious Injury

I was river plate in a friendly playing boca juniors, i ran the ball past the halfway line with Gallardo of river plate, he got tripped a little and the ref gave advantage but i got tackled seconds later and got a free - kick, when i went to select a kicker Gallardo had the red injury sign but was fine to play on, he was also running as fresh as when he started. so i dnt no how it happened and it didnt affect him?
Has ne1 experienced this?

Yes...this one time...at football camp. I fell over some someones legs and I was injured but I was able to play on

Strange indeed. Maybe he broke a finger, of course he'd be able to play on with such a minor injury.
Or maybe he got a whack in the nuts, that can be serious, but after a bit you'd be able to carry on.
Just to note I don't have a serious answer, I've never seen this before.
P.s good selection of teams. I'm loving Boca.
