I know this might sound stupid and naive, but how do you registered created players to club teams? I've tried and have only been able to register new players like John O Shea and Cygan to international teams. Help me out.

Once you've created a new player you need to 'stock' him (or her ;)) in your free spaces using the 'stock' selection after creating the new player.

Once the player is stocked in your free spaces, you go to 'register created player' and you can select your recently created player and assign him to a team from there.

I know that already mate, but I can only register them to international sides and not club teams. So I can't register Cygan to Arsenal for example, only to an international team.

you can't register created players to club sides. u have to modify one of the current club players to make john o'shea etc.
