Name highlight click direct to pciture!

How can we highlight name of player and when user click then direct to the picture?
I wanna do this for my thread! Can someone help me, guys?
Other user's facemaker thread, they had a highlight name of player on the first page, we click it, it direct to the player image separately

You click on the number of the post you want to link to so you can get the web address of the individual post.

Then in the 1st post of your thread you click on the icon with a globe & link & paste the address of the post & press ok. You then have a highlighted part of text where you can type the player name

2. Highlight/mark the player name
3. Click the "Insert Link" logo above the text box (The one that looks like globe)
4. Insert your link
5. In the text box it will come out like this : paul2478[/URL*] (ignore the *)
