National teams - which are correct?

I'd like to know which of the National Teams need edits to their player names? Eg, england doesn't, brazil doesn't, Japan doesn't.. but which do?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Nations with fake names are:-
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep,
Germany, Holland, N. Ireland,
Serbia & M, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Switzerland, Wales, Morocco,
Senegal, Tunisia, Costa Rica,
Jamaica, Columbia, Ecuador,
Iran, Saudi Arabia, China.

All other national players should have correct names except for the small nations like Ivory Coast and Ghana who don't have teams - not sure about players for those teams. Not sure about players like Dwight Yorke or Lua Lua of Newcastle either. Just check your game for any fake names and then use the link provided above to fix them - or use an X-Port with a pre-edited option file which is free to download (check the Editing section for these).
