Nationality/Country missing & national teams in edit mode

Suriname

Dear Konami team,

Here's some input that would improve PES2013 with a small effort:

1) A flag/country is missing in adding a nationality to a newly created player. Suriname!
Although Curacao, Aruba and Guyana are present, this is a rather obvious error, why? Here's some players of Surinamese descent: Ruud Gullit, Clarence Seedorf, Nigel de Jong, Orlando Engelaar, Jeremain Lens, Winston Bogarde, all great players who often played for the Dutch team (Suriname was a Dutch colony until 1974). Since PES focuses on the Dutch market, please be reminded that +- 500.000 people of Surinamese descent live there.

2) As the Surinamese nationality isn't available, PES also hasn't got a number of currently active players from this descent who are missing:
Dwight Tiendalli (FC Twente, late transfer this season)
Serghino Greene (FK Vojvodina)
Edson Braafheid (FC Twente, late transfer this season)
Royston Drenthe (Free agent ex Real Madrid)
Diego Biseswar (Kayserispor)
Eljero Elia (Werder Bremen, Dutch international)

3) Why not allow for the creation of new national teams?
If the nationality is in the system and a country has sufficient players to fill a selection, why not allow for the creation of a new national team? I've now had to reconstruct Bolivia to create a Surinamese team, while sufficient players would have been available for a team of its own. The technology should be relatively easy to add.

I believe these changes/adds to PES2013 are comprehensible and relatively easy to integrate, while over a million people in the Dutch market - both in Holland as Suriname - would have more affection with the game; that's increasing market share.

Looking forward!

Suriname being missing shouldn't have any effect on these players being missing. Most of them have represented Netherlands at some level, and thus should be classed as Dutch, even though they are of Surinamese descent.

I know what you're saying though, the nationality should be included, even if the National team doesn't have any players playing for any clubs in PES (judging by the wikipedia team).

Cheers to your reply, and indeed you're right that most of them are classed as Dutch, Seedorf being the most famous currently active example. Suriname however does have a number of players who could play for the Surinamese team in the Eredivisie, as long as they're not capped for the Dutch national team.

In my case I tried to construct a 'what-if' team of players of Surinamese descent playing in one team, the result is pretty good actually (D-C-C-C-B-B, overachieving e.g. Czech Republic, Austria, Finland).

For that purpose it would be nice to have a feature available in which a new national team can be added (including flags/outfits, perhaps even anthem in a next step) based on the nationalities present to add to a player, but currently not having a team.

From a technological point of view this should be relatively easy (small number of players, no new technology/little functionality) while it would allow everybody living and playing in countries with no current national team in PES to create their own team. Address the national pride and people will buy the product :)

Doesn't matter if they choose Netherlands over Suriname. If you move overseas you're ineligible for the surinamese team, so in effect because there is no surinamese team playing in pro, there is technically no need.
