I am getting ESPN NBA 2K5 for christmas, i had a little test of it (just to check if it works of course 
) but haven't had the chance to see all the game's features yet, i have heard great things about the game, so i am very much looking forward to playing it again at christmas but I have a couple of questions...
1) Can you edit players' stats?
2) Can you trade players and change rosters in order to keep the game up to date?

Also, the controls were really simple to pick up which is always good, within a couple of minutes i had 3 or 4 of attempts and netted 2 of them.I have been reading reviews and they have all been extremely positive and most say it is the best basketball game ever made.

I probably won't be buying NBA Street 3, as i think ESPN NBA 2K5 will be the hoops game i get hooked on. 24/7 is the simulation mode isn't it? I didn't get a chance to play it, i literally selected the quick game option and played it for about 2 minutes to make sure the game worked, to save the heartbreak of going to play it on xmas day to find out it doesn't work. So, i'm afraid I am not sure about how everything plays, but from playing it for 2 mins I didn't want to put it down and after reading many reviews on it, it looks absolutely class and i cannot wait to play it in full at Christmas.

Funny you mention that, i read about it today at lunchtime on GameSpot. Looks great, and to answer my own previous questions I think I read today that in the 24/7 mode you can edit players' stats and attributes, but only to a certain extent, i.e you can't crank all stats up to 99, but need to earn the points to improve the players' stats.
P.S One user gave the game 9.6 out of 10 in the user review section, hope I like it as much as him

Im in upper 6th form/year 13 (so it's my final year). In our library they have banned a number of sites, including those that contain playable games, google images, porn, eminem websites, and arsenal.com!
Its ok to go on man utd, chelsea and the likes official websites but not the Gunners...bastards! Fortunately the internet still allows access to computer gaming websites and forums, wonder how long it'll be before they ban them aswell They have invested in a number of laptops you can request to use now though, which has unlimited access to the internet so they could come in handy

How many people will be playin ESPN NBA 2K5 on Xbox Live? I am getting an xbox live connection hooked up soon and among the first games ill be playing online will be ESPN NBA 2K5 so has anyone got it and played online or are planning to do so?
Also, any suggestions or tips as to what team to use would be helpful, im contemplating between the L.A. Lakers, Miami Heat and Orlando Magic but i'm siding towards the Magic currently.
