need confirmation

Well in few days I will know the answer. But just need a confirmation.
Playing since 2 weeks online. Download 5mb ; Upload 608kb
Have a crappy GF4 MX.
Playing not online is slow. If I host it`s the same. But it`s almost smooth with good gamepad response.
The other player who is client says too lag so he quit the match.
If I`m client game is faster but with stutter and slow gamepad response.
The other player does not complain.

My conclusion is that the game is played real time.
So if I`m the host, the client with better graphic card need to play my speed.
When I`m the client I need to play the real speed of the game, since he has the recommend specs, with my GF4 MX.
Am I right? Somebody has a better answer?

In few days I will get GF 6600GT. So I will know when I host.

Have you tried turning the settings down? Put it on Low Quality and a lower resolution.

Yeah the settings are everything in low.
Somebody played with GF4 MX online as host? Or even worse card? (lol if it`s possible)
