I've got a HDTV, and games like Pro Evo look worse through scart lead on it. Don't know how much component would improve this. HDTV's only seem to lok better than CRT's when they actually have HD material playing on them - for example, playing a current gen PES through 360 would look better than playing it through PS2/X box
