Need help creating team on PS3!

Hi, I'm having a few problems creating a team on the PS3. Not so much making the players an stuff but doing the team logo an shirt sponsor, I thought it'd be quicker and easier to design the two logo's on the computer and transfer them over rather than spend ages with the built in editor but I can't find what size and format the images need to be.
Can anyone advise me? Or better still if I send a copy from paint can someone convert them to the right format and email back to me? Would be very greatly appreciated as sadly don't have photoshop on my laptop or the works computer!

You could ask JackWhoBRA to knock you up something but he is very busy and i guess he has a huge request list but still worth a try, if not look over his topic he has on the forum as you will get a few tips from there on sizes etc.. If you don't have Photoshop then alot of people use a free app called GIMP put that into google and get a link to download it.. Hope this helps.
