need help in option file!!

hi everybody,
I've downloaded the option file from (DFL OptionFile 2011 Version 1.5)
I've deleted all my previous data but got 2 files called pro evolution soccer 2011.
one of them only got system data the other one all of the option files data
is there is anyway to put them in one file or switch to the other file.
coz i've tried so many times to delete system data when i go to pes it saves the file again.
i couldn't even load them from edit it says there is no saved data
my version is European.
I need your help plz i've deleted all of my previous data and couldn't fix the option file thing :(

btw i've deleted the option file and tried to install it again but still same problem it keeps making new pes 2011 file in my ps3
