Need Help, Noise Problems when I import Songs

Ok, I took my MP3, made it into .wav, then used wav2adx program and made into adx, and imported it into the game.
The song plays in the game, the problem is, that in the background of the song it gets like a nasty sound, as if someone was blowin into a microphone and makes that weird noise.
So I tested adxplay which lets me preview the adx file before I import to the game, and I get the same strange noise, so there must be some kind of problem when I conver from wav to adx, anyone knows what it Might be? and has anyone had this happen before?

yes, When I play the Wav before converting, I have no problems at all, only after converting into adx.

Aye, I read it, but I still don't know how to use the adnxcd.
If I drag my file over it like I did with wav2adx, nothing happens.
