Need help on transfer negotiations

Hi everyone! If I understand the manual correctly, I suppose to be able to select the transfer type i.e. loan, transfer etc., when buying players in ML. How do I do that?
Also, I suppose to be able to change the negotiations conditions (like transfer price?) when computer gives me an offer for my player. Can't figure out how to do that - I only can "accept" or "refuse" and thats it. Or am i wrong? Please help!

The only players you can select the method for payment is those that are already on other teams (otherwise you can only buy him outright). You have to wait until a negotiation period and then select the player, it should bring up a list of ways you can purchase him.

As far as the negotiation conditions you are offered, you have only two choices, to accept the other team's offer or to reject it. The only conditions you can change are the ones you offer other teams.
