I wud like help,

IVe Been tryin to put myself into the game, but i am having trouble getting the my edited face around the whole of the 3d structure of the face.

Like This shown in Attactment,

ive tried most things but when it comes to expanding the image when editing it in photoshop everything else goes out of shape like for example the eyes and mouth,

any advice would help cheers
