Need Info! Konami League & Konami Cup

Can anyone tell me what the Konami League and Konami Cup are supposed to be?

What teams qualify for the league and the tournament?

I am working on mashing up some option files but don't know what those are supposed to be.

Nothing, it's just a fictional cup. It also won't appear in ML.
