i can import PES4 or WE8 from europe or whatever and play it on my XBOX or PS2??? will the game work on my XBOX or PS2 or does it have to be modded to play imported games?

also when WE8:I comes out here in the US and Canada is it going to be online for the XBOX?

you have 2 options:

Option 1: Buy a European XBox and buy a transformer that will convert the electric voltage from Europes' to Canadas' so the socket won't blow. Then buy PES4.

Option 2: Get your XBox modded so it can play PAL games. Though you will not need the transformer.

Though i'd choose number 1.

I am not sure about Winning Eleven 8 international being online.

Option 3: You can change your Xbox from NTSC to PAL using "sophisticated" software, however, I wouldn't recommend that you do it yourself. In case that you haven't "registered" your serial number of your Xbox on LIVE this option is available to you; but in case that you already played games over LIVE (which means you had to put your serial number when registering) you won't be able to play games online.
