ok i bought PES6 for 360 and was disgusted, dont try and argue.
I dont like PES6 for 360 and thats the bottom line.

I heard the PS2 and PC ver. were better so i downloaded the PC ver.(with intent to buy, dont have a go at me :D)

I just started a small league to get into the new system etc and find that when ever i shoot it always goes over the bar even when tap shoot a little

Also do any of you experience that when you're in a shooting chance with nobody around you sometimes the game does'nt register that fact that you press shoot, so you have to press it again and by then a player/keeper is on you

side note: the computer are fowling bastards.
they always barge you when you strike the ball so you scuff your shot

I never really noticed that, i've scored 17 save replays so far, all big screaming shots from outside the box. :)

I got really mad today, was one-on-one with keeper and he would'nt shoot- i pressed it 3 times!!

It would have been a vital goal if i had of scored it -Man U away, i lost 2-1 in the end.

You know Ive noticed that too...when I shoot (tap shot) it goes over the bar most of the time (really high), that never happened in PES5 (PC) and Im using the same Logitech rumble pad 2....(wireless). I always thought it was the fact that my controller is wireless, but i guess not.

Maybe they tweaked a few things and holding the sprint button will make a bad shot?... What I have noticed is that a normal tap in PES6 gives you a lot more power than it did in PES5, Its obviously more sensitive this time around.

Here is your solution....R2 before he kicks the ball, which will give you a controlled shot. 90% of the time i score. You might know this already but, right after you tap the shoot button you press R2, works great.

I play on the hardest level and sometimes you barely get room to shoot, what used to work in PES5 (you know...the change direction all of the sudden, shoot and score) in PES6 you change direction all of the sudden, shoot and the ball flies to the sky....lol

I still use the regular shot..but only if I have room, I think the pressure really affects the players shooting accuracy more than it did in PES5...

For me, it seemed that whenever there's a defender near the striker the shot goes wide or high...

In other situations, I'm pretty content with my strikers.

i've found that in my first few games my players have put a lot of shots over the bar when i've just 'tapped' the shoot button, so i guess this is a change on PES6. so i've now scored a couple of pearlers from the edge of the box when shooting with 'R2' pressed

Hmmm... yea! Now you saying this, I remember the same! Perhaps, the KONAMI developers did that, to "simulate" the defender "pressing" on the attacker.
