Negotiations !!!!

could i put an offer for any player i want and raise the money ??

yesterday night i started my ML but when i press negotiation for player i cant raise the money or make big offer ,, why ?

any help

That's because KONAMI totally ruined negotiations system. You have to keep trying negotiating thousands of times with your scout!

Yes I agree, they have totally stuffed this up !! In 2009, at least you could offer the player your wanting more $$ to make them get transfered, now you have to rely on a stupid Scout !?

theres also something else in every other pes if you went over your money you would get a game over, so you had to be carefull and watch your money now you dont get a game over i feel you can just spend.

Is this better or worse? i havent quite decided yet.

I can't just spend, thats for sure. Couldn't even get 8 million euro minus on the account to buy Bendtner in mid season.. Would have been cool if they'd made it like that..
