1= What broadband supplier are you with ?
2= What country are you in ?
3= What router are you using ?
4= Is your broadband rj45 ( ethernet cable ) or rj11 ( comes through the phone line )
5= if using a router have you gone into the configuration and enabled a port for your PS2 ?
