the divisions get updated once a week but what day do they get updated?
and..
on the level, what is the highest class and how do you increase it?

They get updated every Monday.

I doubt there is a limit on class because you increase depending on how many points you attain which in turn depends on how many games you play.

I'm still trying to find a pattern on how your class increases. i.e how many you need to change class. All i know is that you need more points to get from class 3 to 4, than you need to get from 2 to 3.
